Youth STEMming Change has had the great privilege of hosting a variety of science workshops for students at schools!

Youth STEMming Change headed to the University of Alberta to host a forensics workshop for the many youth there! At this workshop, youth participated in fingerprint dusting, DNA analysis, calligraphy analysis, and so much more! Thank you to the City of Edmonton Youth Council for this partnership!

Youth STEMming Change celebrated Halloween together with the students at John A. McDougall school through an exciting pumpkin and plant biology workshop!

Youth STEMming Change headed to the Discovery Club at John A. McDougall school to carry out a workshop on bridges for youth. Students learned about the forces that bridges experience, the different types of bridges, and famous examples of bridges in our real world, all while putting their engineering skills to the test!

Youth STEMming Change hosted a rocket workshop for youth part of the Discovery Club at John A. McDougall school. Students learned all about rockets and the science behind how they work, and finished off by designing their own bottle rockets and launching them high into the sky! It was definitely an explosive way to end of the day!
